Modern Air started in specialty refrigeration and wine cellar cooling, the precise, technical work most contractors avoid. Take the collector-car warehouse we did in south San Jose. Everything in that space was out in the open, so we designed the system from the ground up with multi-speed heat pumps, exposed spiral ducting, and custom takeoffs built to look as clean as the cars below them. Andrew worked that project personally.
